soaked in water for at least 4 hours

Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
2. In a blender, combine the cashews, water, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Serve hot over pasta or vegetables.
