Instructions
Soak cashews in water for at least 2 hours.
Drain and rinse cashews.
Blend cashews with 2 cups of water until smooth.
Add nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt, and nutmeg. Blend again.
Pour mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
