Cashew Coconut Milk Mixture Recipe

- 1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
In a blender, combine cashews, water, and coconut milk.
Blend until smooth.
Add maple syrup and vanilla extract if using, blend again.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
