  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions 

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. In a blender, combine cashews, water, and coconut milk.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract if using, blend again.
  5. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
