Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Almond Flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup

Filling

  • 2 cups Cashews soaked overnight
  • 0.5 cup Coconut Milk
  • 0.25 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  4. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the cashew cream filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
