- 1 cup Cashews soaked overnight
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 0.5 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
4. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
