1cupraw cashewssoaked in water for at least 2 hours
½cupwater
2tablespoonlemon juicefreshly squeezed
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
½teaspoondried dill
½teaspoondried parsley
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
2. In a blender, combine cashews, water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
