Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked in water for at least 2 hours
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine cashews, water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
