Main Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews soaked in water for at least 2 hours
- ¾ cup water
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried chives
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper or to taste
1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
2. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Adjust seasoning to taste. If the dressing is too thick, add more water, a tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
