Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked in water for at least 2 hours
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried chives
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Adjust seasoning to taste. If the dressing is too thick, add more water, a tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  4. 4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
