  • 1 cup Raw cashews soaked overnight
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. 3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
