Cauliflower Alfredo Pasta Recipe
A creamy and delicious vegan Alfredo pasta made with cauliflower.

Main Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- to taste salt and pepper
- 12 oz pasta of choice
- optional fresh parsley for garnish
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cut cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
In a blender, combine steamed cauliflower, garlic, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and vegetable broth. Blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss pasta with cauliflower Alfredo sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
