Instructions
Steam cauliflower until tender.
In a blender, combine steamed cauliflower, garlic, almond milk, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and nutmeg.
Blend until smooth.
Heat sauce in a pan over medium heat until warmed through.
Serve over pasta or veggies.
