Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Steam cauliflower until tender.
  2. In a blender, combine steamed cauliflower, garlic, almond milk, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and nutmeg.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Heat sauce in a pan over medium heat until warmed through.
  5. Serve over pasta or veggies.
