  • 1 cup Cauliflower, grated
  • 1 cup Broccoli, grated
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated cauliflower, grated broccoli, flour, water, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and place it in the pan, flattening it slightly. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  4. 4. Fry each side for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. 5. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
