Cauliflower Broccoli Gratin Recipe
A delicious vegan gratin made with cauliflower and broccoli.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 head broccoli cut into florets
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam cauliflower and broccoli florets until tender.
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
Gradually add almond milk, whisking constantly until thickened.
Stir in nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place steamed cauliflower and broccoli in a baking dish. Pour sauce over the top.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
