Cauliflower Broccoli Gratin Recipe
A delicious vegan gratin made with cauliflower and broccoli.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 head broccoli cut into florets
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- Steam cauliflower and broccoli florets until tender. 
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth. 
- Gradually add almond milk, whisking constantly until thickened. 
- Stir in nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 
- Place steamed cauliflower and broccoli in a baking dish. Pour sauce over the top. 
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top. 
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
