  • 1 head Broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower and broccoli florets.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the florets out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
