Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 head Broccoli cut into florets
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower and broccoli florets.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the florets out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
