Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower, finely chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup nutritional yeast
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 3 tablespoon water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix ground flaxseed and water in a small bowl. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, broccoli, breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, onion, garlic, and flaxseed mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into small tots and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
