Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix ground flaxseed and water in a small bowl. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, broccoli, breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, onion, garlic, and flaxseed mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Form the mixture into small tots and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
