Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegan butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, letting excess drip off, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted vegan butter.
  6. Toss baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
