Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, pulse cauliflower florets until they resemble rice.
  3. Add chickpeas, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pulse until combined.
  4. Form mixture into patties and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
