Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, grated
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Grate the cauliflower into rice-sized pieces using a food processor or box grater.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add peas and carrots, cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the grated cauliflower and soy sauce, cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
