Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Grate the cauliflower into rice-sized pieces using a food processor or box grater.
Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add peas and carrots, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the grated cauliflower and soy sauce, cook for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
