Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 large head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk to form a roux. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Slowly add the almond milk, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. Add the nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Place the steamed cauliflower in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
