  • 1 large cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Boil cauliflower florets in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and transfer to a food processor.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
