Cauliflower Pea Masala
A delicious and hearty vegan dish made with cauliflower and peas in a spiced tomato gravy.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup Peas fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 cup Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
- 2 cups Tomato Puree
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 cup Water
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for another minute.
Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
Add cauliflower florets and peas. Mix well.
Add water, cover, and cook until the cauliflower is tender.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
