Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower riced
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 small Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Stir in the riced cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add vegetable broth and almond milk, stirring well. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Stir in frozen peas and nutritional yeast. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
