Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Cauliflower chopped into florets
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Pulse cauliflower florets in a food processor until they resemble rice.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in cauliflower rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions before serving.
