Instructions
Pulse cauliflower florets in a food processor until they resemble rice.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in cauliflower rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions before serving.
