Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Avocado sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cumin.
  3. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, until golden and tender.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat.
  5. Assemble wraps by placing roasted cauliflower, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado on each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
