  • 1 cup Cayenne peppers, chopped Fresh or dried
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine cayenne peppers, garlic, vinegar, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let it cool. Stir in olive oil.
  4. 4. Transfer to a bottle or jar and refrigerate. Use as needed.
