Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 4 cups almond milk
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. In a large pot, combine the rice and almond milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture thickens, about 25-30 minutes.
  3. Stir in the coconut sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Serve warm or chilled.
