Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 bags black tea
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk such as almond or soy
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the tea bags and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the tea bags and add the non-dairy milk, maple syrup, and spices.
  4. 4. Whisk together and heat until warm, but do not boil.
  5. 5. Strain the mixture into mugs and serve hot.
