  • ½ cup Vegan butter cold
  • ¾ cup Vegan cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¾ cup Plant-based milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold vegan butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the shredded vegan cheddar cheese.
  5. Add the plant-based milk and stir until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
