Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in the vegan butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in almond milk until just combined.
Fold in vegan cheddar cheese and diced jalapeños.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
