  • 1 cup Raw Cashews soaked in water for 2 hours
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Water more if needed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. 3. Blend until smooth, adding more water if necessary to reach desired consistency.
  4. 4. Adjust seasoning to taste.
