Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
  • 4 slices Vegan Cheese Your favorite brand
  • 2 tablespoon Vegan Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread vegan butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Place two slices of bread, butter side down, on a heated pan.
  3. 3. Add vegan cheese slices on top of the bread in the pan.
  4. 4. Cover with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
  5. 5. Cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
