Brownie Batter
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cup Cocoa powder
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Cheesecake Layer
- 1 cup Vegan cream cheese
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add the vegetable oil and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan.
In another bowl, mix the vegan cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter in the pan.
Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.
