  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup vegan cheese sauce
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam broccoli until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix vegan cheese sauce, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine broccoli with the cheese mixture and transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
