  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup Cashews soaked in water for 2 hours
  • 1 cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Place the cauliflower florets in a baking dish.
  3. 3. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, almond milk, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the blended mixture over the cauliflower florets, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the top is golden brown.
