Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked in water for at least 2 hours
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, almond milk, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended mixture with the chopped artichoke hearts and spinach.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  5. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
