  • 0.25 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cherries with almond extract.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond flour, rolled oats, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and salt.
  4. Spread cherries in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the cherries.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
