Ingredients 

Tart Crust

  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil melted
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Filling

  • 2 cups Cherries pitted and halved
  • ½ cup Almonds sliced
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into a tart pan, making sure to cover the bottom and sides evenly.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cherries, sliced almonds, and maple syrup.
  6. Pour the cherry mixture into the cooled tart crust.
  7. Bake for another 20 minutes or until the cherries are tender.
  8. Let the tart cool before serving. Enjoy!
