Cherry Crumble Bars Recipe
Delicious vegan cherry crumble bars that are perfect for dessert or a snack.

Crumble Topping
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Vegan Butter melted
Cherry Filling
- 2 cups Cherries pitted and halved
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted vegan butter. Mix until crumbly.
Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, mix cherries, maple syrup, and cornstarch. Spread this mixture over the pressed crumble base.
Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the cherry layer.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
