- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ¼ cup granola
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
In a bowl, mix the coconut yogurt with maple syrup.
In serving glasses, layer the yogurt mixture, cherries, and granola.
Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
