  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup cold vegan butter
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 cup pitted and chopped cherries

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold vegan butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. Add almond milk and cherries, mix until just combined.
  5. Turn dough onto a floured surface, shape into a circle, and cut into 8 wedges.
  6. Place wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
