Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs whole grain
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, bread crumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
