- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
Mix chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup in a bowl.
Let it sit for at least 4 hours or overnight in the fridge.
Blend mango until smooth to make puree.
Serve chia pudding topped with mango puree.
