Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Firm Tofu cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 pieces Bay Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine soy sauce, vinegar, water, garlic, bay leaves, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add tofu cubes to the pot and bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Serve hot with rice.
