  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 cup vegan Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup cooked vegan chicken, chopped
  • 0.5 cup spinach, chopped
  • 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over the flatbread.
  3. Top with vegan chicken, spinach, red onion, and vegan mozzarella.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Slice and serve hot.
