Instructions
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
Gradually add almond milk and vegetable broth, whisking continuously.
Stir in nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
