Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
  3. Gradually add almond milk and vegetable broth, whisking continuously.
  4. Stir in nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
