Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Plant-Based Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  2. 2. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and plant-based milk to form a dough.
  4. 4. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the simmering broth. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot.
