Ingredients 

Dumpling Filling

  • 1 cup Mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Vegan chicken, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely shredded

Dumpling Wrappers

  • 20 pieces Dumpling wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, vegan chicken, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and cabbage. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
  3. 3. Heat a pan with a little oil. Place dumplings in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. 4. Add a small amount of water to the pan and cover. Steam for about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
