Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, vegan chicken, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and cabbage. Mix well.
2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
3. Heat a pan with a little oil. Place dumplings in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
4. Add a small amount of water to the pan and cover. Steam for about 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
