Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Vegan chicken strips
  • 12 oz Noodles Use your favorite type
  • 1 cup Carrots Sliced
  • 1 cup Celery Chopped
  • 1 medium Onion Diced
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper To taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and chopped celery. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Add vegan chicken strips and cook until heated through.
  4. 4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
