Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpeas cooked
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables chopped (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped mixed vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add cooked chickpeas, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.
  4. 4. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Serve hot.
