1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the plant-based chicken strips. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
2. Add the bell peppers and onions to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes until the veggies are tender.
3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
4. Assemble the burritos by placing a portion of the chicken and veggie mixture, black beans, salsa, and guacamole onto each tortilla. Roll them up tightly.
