  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 4 Tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  3. 3. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the mixture among them.
